Malmstrom AFB is conducting market research to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements to conduct water sediment removal services. The contractor shall provide all necessary tools and equipment to remove sediments from floor drains, sumps and pits. This includes tools needed to access pits, hoses, nozzles, ladders, safety equipment and so on. Material must be removed from the pits but also includes debris removal of the tracks for grates or lids. The contractor shall sample and analyze the collected material annually in accordance with federal regulations. The contractor shall send the laboratory results to the Malmstrom AFB Environmental Office within seven (7) days of receipt of the results. The contractor shall insure that any material or spills are cleaned-up around the area associated with the work that was accomplished. Grates and lids must be seated in their proper position.
