There is currently no contract for this service, this requirement is a firm-fixed-price with a twelve-month base period and four (4) option periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561210, Government Base Facilities Support Services with a size standard of $47 million. The PSC is Z1FC – Maintenance of Troop Housing Facilities. This request is for the Contractor to furnish all personnel, labor, equipment, computers, transportation, tools, supervision, quality control, management, internet, cellphones, printer, fax machine (if desired), office supplies, and other items and actions necessary to perform these services in accordance with (IAW) this Performance Work Statement (PWS). A total of three (3) full-time personnel are required: carpenter, electrician, and plumber (may be "dual hatted" and how their duties will be split and still acheive contract objectives, i.e. the carpenter, electrician, and plumber may be "dual hatted" as either position and/or contract manager).
