This requirement is for the abatement and disposal of Category I or Category II non-friable asbestos-containing materials located in Building 145, restrooms (Rooms 324 and 325) identified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Additionally, this requirement requires the contractor to properly remove existing flooring and install approximately 112 square yards of resilient sheet flooring (in Room 324, Room 325, Room 210, and Room 202) using the direct glue down method of installation and to include welded seams and approximately 75 linear feet of 4” rubber cove base. These improvements will take place in Building 145 on Malmstrom AFB, MT. Please see the attached combined solicitation/synopsis and PWS for additional requirements.
