Projects issued under this contract will fall under the NAICS code 237310 with a small business size standard of $45,000,000.00. There will be an initial five (5) year ordering period with a two (2) year optional ordering period. The total aggregate amount ordered under the Pavement Maintenance Requirements contract SHALL NOT EXCEED $4,999,999.99.
