Work will consist of complete excavation for new conductor and preparing the foundation for the cast-in-place concrete block at each LF, new grounding points and abandoning of the old grounding point, installing new cable, backfill/compaction of trench, and perform resistance testing of new cable and ground points. The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, supervision, services, and materials to execute and satisfy the requirements of this contract.
