The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. This project is for the installation of a de-watering wells at three (3) Launch Facilities (LFs) in Malmstrom AFB missile complex near Great Falls, Montana. Work includes but is not limited to installation and completion of de-watering wells in accordance with the project specifications, drawings and blueprints. The Request for Proposal will be available on or about 10 March 2021. The Request for Proposal will close on or about 9 April 2021. The Performance Period for this project is seventy-five (75) calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed. The Notice to Proceed will be issued within 10 days after award. This acquisition is open to small businesses in accordance with the Small Business Jobs Act of 2010. The Request for Proposal will be available by Electronic Transmission only at: beta.sam.gov. Potential contractors must be currently be registered. All responsible sources must submit an offer good through 30 September 2021, which shall be considered by the agency. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
