The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform integrated solid waste management (refuse) collection and recycling services at Malmstrom AFB, Great Falls, Montana. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state, and federal regulations. The Contractor will provide a off-base facility for services as there is no refuse or recycling facility or building available on base. See attachments for additional details.
