Project Title: Repair Manhole Building 1440 Description of Work: This project is for the repair of the concrete electrical manhole/vault near building 1440 at Malmstrom AFB, (Great Falls) Montana. Work consists of the contractor providing all labor, equipment, transportation, materials, quality control and supervision necessary to conduct all repairs in accordance with the project specifications, drawings and blueprints for an existing electrical manhole/vault. The size of the vault is depicted in the project drawings. This acquisition is advertised as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Notice to Offers: Funds are presently not available for this requirement. Award under this solicitation is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. In the event the government cancels this solicitation, the government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Period of Performance: 60 days after notice to proceed.
