This request was a contractor to provide all labor, equipment, and materials to replace the antiquated air conditioning system responsible for AHU-1 and ACCU-1 cooling room 249 in Building 500 at Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana. The project shall include replacing the air conditioning unit, the roof mounted condenser, the associated controls, condensate piping, electrical supply, piping (up from the second floor mechanical room, through the third floor, to the condenser on the roof), and mechanical room ducting to adapt to the replacement unit as required. The period of performance will be 90 days ADC.
