Work includes the repair, minor replacement, and maintenance of asphalt and concrete roadways and parking lots throughout Malmstrom AFB. Work may include subgrade excavation, subgrade filling and compaction, mill and overlay, crack sealing and curbing and gutter work. This acquisition is open to small businesses in accordance with the Small Business Jobs Act of 2010. Potential contractors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management to be eligible for award. (See internet site: sam.gov). All responsible sources must submit an offer good through 30 September 2019, which shall be considered by the agency. The magnitude of this IDIQ is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.

This project is for a Pavement Maintenance Requirements Contract at Malmstrom AFB. Project includes maintaining and repairing the paved road and parking surfaces located throughout Malmstrom AFB. This work may include pavement and sub-grade excavation, sub-grade filling and compaction, paving and concrete work, mill and overlaying, crack sealing, chip sealing, curbing and gutter work, manhole grade adjustments, and other work associated with maintaining paved roadways and parking lots and surfaces. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supervision, services, and/or materials to execute and satisfy the requirements of this contract in accordance with the project specifications. The Request for Proposal will be available on or about 15 February 2019. The Request for Proposal will close on or about 15 March 2019. The Performance Period for this project is three hundred and sixty five (365) calendar days per year, with one base year and 3 option years. The Winter Prohibition days will be from 1 Nov - 1 Apr of each calendar year. The Notice to Proceed and Period of Performance will be determined at the issuance of each task order. There may be minimal restricted area access requirements. This acquisition is set aside for Total Small Businesses under the Small Business Jobs Act of 2010.
