The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. This project is for the Renovation of the ASNT, Bldg. 500 at Malmstrom AFB, (Great Falls) Montana. Work consists of the contractor providing all labor, equipment, transportation, materials, quality control and supervision necessary to conduct construction on the roof and within the Command Post area in Bldg. 500, in accordance with the project specifications, drawings and blueprints. Work inside the Command Post includes minor architectural modifications, expansion of an existing raised data floor, modification of the existing security system, relocation of perimeter force protection gate controls, relocation of electrical sub-panels, installation of new power circuits, installation of a ultra-sensitive smoke detection system, and modifications to the air and water HVAC systems serving the data room. The Request for Proposal will be available on or about 20 Dec 2018. The Request for Proposal will close on or about 24 Jan 2019. The Performance Period for this project is one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed. The Notice to Proceed will be issued within 10 days after award of the solicitation. This acquisition is open to small businesses in accordance with the Small Business Jobs Act of 2010. The Request for Proposal will be available by Electronic Transmission only at: http://www.fbo.gov. Potential contractors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management to be eligible for award. (See internet site: sam.gov). All responsible sources must submit an offer good through 31 July 2019, which shall be considered by the agency. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
