THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. Responses to this RFI will not be returned. Not responding to this sources sought does not preclude participation in any future and potential solicitation. It is the intent of the Contracting Office to use this for market research purposes only. Should a formal solicitation be released, it may be through the Federal Business Opportunities (http://www.fbo.gov). The Government shall not reimburse the costs of preparing responses to this RFI. DESCRIPTION: Seeking market capability to provide/meet the following minimum requirement: Chemical toilets and waste management services for event with projected attendance of 15,000 people on Saturday, 13 July 2019 and 15,000 people on Sunday, 14 July 2019. The Chemical toilets and waste management services must (at a minimum) comply with the following specified requirements: - 65 Standard chemical toilets with hand sanitizers. - 5 Handicap chemical toilets with hand sanitizers. - 8 Hand-wash stations. - Enough trash bins for 30 cubic yards. - Deliver, set up, and removal of all chemical toilet units and hand-wash stations. - Service on all chemical toilets Saturday PM (after 1800 hrs). - Service on all hand-wash stations Saturday PM (after 1800 hrs). - Trash removal of 30 cubic yards Saturday PM (after 1800 hrs). - Equipment will need to be set up and ready for the event no later than 1800 hrs on Friday, 12 July 2019. - Equipment will need to be removed from the premises no later than 1600 hrs on Monday, 15 July 2019. NOTE: Equivalency shall be determined based on the salient specifications contained in this RFI. CAPABILITIES STATEMENT Interested parties are encouraged to submit a capability statement, with descriptive literature, clearly demonstrating ability to meet the stated requirements.
