DESCRIPTION: Seeking market capability to provide/meet the following minimum requirement: Non-personal service to provide all required labor, equipment, and materials to seal coat the inside of the Make-up Hot Water Tank at the Malmstrom AFB Heat Plant. Tank Specifications: MFG.: Modern Welding Company MFG #: S-4055 Weight: 9000 LBS Year: 1984 Size: 10'- 0" ID, 18'-0" T/T Capacity: 10'000 Gallons Fluid: Softened City Water (<100 PPM of sodium sulfite) Execution: - Sand blast inside of tank - Dispose of used sand blast media according to manufacturer's instructions - Repair defects as needed - Clean and prep inside of tank for Belzona (or equal) 1511 Super HT Metal case, 5892 Hi Temp Immersion Grade White case and 9111 Cleaner/Degreaser seal coating application according to products manufacturer's instructions - Apply seal coating rated for temperature spike of 194 degrees F. according to product manufacturer's instructions - Inspect for defects after seal coating has been allowed to cure per products manufacturer instructions - Repair defects as needed NOTE: Equivalency shall be determined based on the salient specifications contained in this RFI.
