The Minuteman Village Utility Evaluation project will identify deficiencies in domestic water distribution mains, sanitary sewer collection mains and manholes, sanitary service lines, and storm water collection mains, manholes and inlets in the Minuteman Village area of Malmstrom Air Force Base. The Contractor shall complete all items listed in the SOW and provide inspection reports and DVDs of Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) recordings of the results. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary and required for the Minuteman Village Utility Evaluation project.

The 819th Redhorse Squadron (819 RHS) requires the diagnosis and repair of a well water drilling machine (winch and air compressor). The Gardner-Denver mud pump will need complete overhaul of the pump pistons, oil stop head ring and oil stop packing kit. The power pack will need a cylinder head gasket, rubber liner sleeves, and guide bushings. Additionally, the well rig it will need a new dust tube assembly, cable rest pad, sliding guide frame, break -out wench, cam roller bearings, valve handle assembly, air cylinder, power view, fluid cylinder and pump bearings. This particular well drilling machine is one of four in the entire Department of Defense (DoD) and is proprietary to GEFCO Inc., therefore this acquisition will be a sole source made out to GEFCO Inc.
