The Minuteman Village Utility Evaluation project will identify deficiencies in domestic water distribution mains, sanitary sewer collection mains and manholes, sanitary service lines, and storm water collection mains, manholes and inlets in the Minuteman Village area of Malmstrom Air Force Base. The Contractor shall complete all items listed in the SOW and provide inspection reports and DVDs of Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) recordings of the results. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary and required for the Minuteman Village Utility Evaluation project.
