This urgent, firm-fixed-price commercial service procurement will be sole-sourced to Unify/MCS of Tampa, with the award going to one large business contractor. The 509th Bomb Wing requires support and parts replacement for its daily-use Command Post console, which serves as the primary telephone system with conferencing and radio capabilities. The contractor must provide a full/unlimited one-year warranty for all related hardware, software, materials, and workmanship, including 24/7 remote dial-in and on-site emergency technical assistance for system failures. Annual warranties/services include Audiocodes Mediant 800B components, OpenScape desk phones, controller positions, iNem soft radio interface support, ASC voice recorder support, and MCS help desk remote/on-site labor. The procurement is limited to MCS of Tampa as the only source able to provide the required system software maintenance patches, remote diagnostics, and corrective maintenance.
