This is a small business set-aside for a one-time Fire Protection Hazardous Materials Technician (HMT) Course to be performed at Whiteman Air Force Base, MO. The anticipated period of performance is August 1, 2026, through August 14, 2026. Offerors must demonstrate technical capability to meet all Statement of Work requirements, including the course delivery schedule, and pricing will be evaluated for fairness and reasonableness. Award will be based on best value to the government, with technical capability rated as acceptable or unacceptable. Vendors must be registered in SAM, comply with Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) requirements, and ensure personnel have valid identification for base access.
