The US Air Force 509th Contracting Squadron at Whiteman AFB is posting this sources sought to find potential vendors of the repair/placements of our H-27 Water pump. The Contractor will remove the defective pump (BURKS ED10M Regen Pump Bronze fitted, cast iron construction, 2-1/2" NPT inlet, 2" NPT outlet) and motor (BALDOR Motor EM2513T 15HP, 1800 RPM, 254T Frame, 3ph, 60HZ, 230/460V) and replace with a pump and motor of equal or greater capabilities. 1ea, S/N C1821677-0417, Burks ED10M Regen Pump Bronze Fitted, cast iron construction, 2-1/2" NPT inlet, 2" NPT outlet Exact duplicate to 1ea, S/N Z1703230066, Baldor Motor EM2513T 15HP, 1800 RPM, 245T female, 3ph, 60HZ, 230/460V Exact duplicate to 1ea coupling and couping guard 1ea common baseplate for pump & motor Service Information: Contractor will LOTO and disconnect existing pump from power, Disconnect suction and discharge, unbolt base from concrete pad, use cogent boom truck to lift pump off concrete pad, set pump aside for customer to scrap, set new pump and motor on concrete pad, bolt new base to concrete pad, align and level base, connect suctions and discharge pipes, connect motor to power, coordinate with customer on startup and testing.
