This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number FA462525Q1078 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05, effective 8/7/2025; Defense Acquisition Circular, effective 1/17/2025; and Air Force Acquisition Circular, effective 10/16/2024. This RFQ is solicited as a 100% small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 237110 with a size standard of $45,000,000.
