Quotes must be valid for 60 days and submitted via email by 01:00 PM CST on 05 September 2025. Award will go to one Small Business based on price, compliance with salient characteristics, and delivery. Only the five lowest-priced quotes will be evaluated. Attachments include Salient Characteristics, Provisions & Clauses, and Bid Schedule. The Government may cancel the solicitation at any time without reimbursement.
