The contractor shall provide all travel, personnel, transportation, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform Container Inspection, Maintenance, Repair, and other Locksmith Services, as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement dated May 2025. Only ONE BPA will be awarded from this solicitation.
