Amendment 01 - Extend the solicitation due date to 09 May 2025. - Initial Post - Contractor shall provide classes consiting of group exercise instruction. These group exercises may include HIIT, boot camp, YOGA, SPIN, TRX, strength & conditioning, step, aerobics, etc. Class duration shall be 45 to 60 minutes; encompassing a warm-up period of between five to ten minutes, an active workout period and a cool-down period of between five to ten minutes. Contractor shall provide a master program schedule monthly depicting the name of each class. This master program must be submitted to the Fitness Program Director no later than thirty (30) days prior to beginning of the month. Contractor shall work IAW the performance work statement.
