Question: Good evening . Can you clarify how site visits are to be scheduled? In the solicitation it states that ( A site visit will be held for each individual task order.) Answer: Site visits will be scheduled when the contractor receiveds the RFP for each task order. End Amendment 1, tsc _____ The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, vehicles, rental equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform Protective Coatings services as identified in each individual task order at Whiteman AFB.1. Read this entire package. See Section C-Specifications/SOW for general information concerning solicitation instructions. 2. Enter your CAGE Code, Tax Identification Number (TIN) and SAM UEI number in Block 14.3. Ensure you indicate the RFP number on the proposal.4. All proposal and deliverables will be conducted through electronic means. No paper copies will be accepted.5. There are no minimum or maximum CLIN values.6. The duration of the contract shall be one 12 month base period with four 12 month option periods.7. The magnitude of this project is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.8. The 509th Contracting Squadron at Whiteman AFB, MO has a requirement for a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) Requirements contract for Protective Coating projects. This acquisition a competitive 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns. This acquisition is being synopsized under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238320, Painting and Wall Covering Contractors, with a small business size standard of $19M. Projects may include, but are not limited to preparation and painting of facilities (interior and exterior), streets, pavement, miscellaneous structures and equipment (i.e. fire hydrants, sign posts, smoke stacks, etc.), and airfield markings. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, vehicles, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform these tasks. The period of performance for this Requirements IDIQ contract will be a 12-month base period with four 12-month option periods. All work under the resulting contract will be awarded through the issuance of individual Task Orders. The basis for award for this acquisition will be made to the lowest priced offeror who meets the technical and past performance standards, providing the best value to the Government.
