This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to award one or more contracts as a result of this solicitation. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number FA462524Q1085 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ. The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05; Effective April 22, 2024. This is a full and open solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 324191 with a size standard of 900 Employees. The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitations is for the procurement, delivery, and services of AVGAS fuel – 100LL for the Wings Over Whiteman 2024 (WOW24) Air Show event occurring from Friday, 12 July 2024 to Sunday, 14 July 2024 in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SoW) dated 13 June 2024.
