No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. END NOTICE** The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, and supplies necessary to accomplish the work IAW the Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 11 March 2024. The PWS defines the effort required by the contractor for creating one movable display that captures the B-2 Spirit Number history to hang in the 13th Bomb Squadron until B-2 retirement, at which point it will be moved to the Air Force Museum at Wright Patterson AFB to accompany the B-2 currently there on display. The display will explain the history of the B-2 Spirit number while listing out all current and future names on an individual space (up to 1,000 individuals). The display needs to be museum worthy, as it is viewed by hundreds of Distinguished Visitors a year.
