Sports officiating and score-keeping services for Whiteman AFB, MO for all intramural, extramural, varsity, tournament and recreational sports activities as defined in the statement of work. The sports detailed in the statement of work include flag football, softball, basketball, volleyball, and soccer. Contractor shall provide/furnish all labor, tools, equipment, uniforms, material, supervision, and transportation necessary to provide sports officiating and score-keeping services for Whiteman Air Force Base for all intramural, extramural, varsity, tournament and recreational sports activities as defined in the statement of work. Contractor shall have experience in sports officiating, training of officials and scheduling. Contractor must have retainability equal to the period of the contract. Contractor shall submit a resume of qualifications with solicitation response. All officials must be members of the National Association of Sports Officials (NASO), or of a state registered sports officials association for the sport being officiated. Contractor shall supply a copy of each individual referee's certification/membership, to the Whiteman AFB sports director one (1) week prior to the individual's working/officiating his or her first game.
