END Amend 1 _________ The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitations for the Commercial Hood and Duct Cleaning services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) (Attachment 1). Also to facilitate maintenance and cleaning of the interior and exterior surfaces of the entire kitchen hood and exhaust system in the facilities located at Whiteman AFB MO. The maintenance and cleaning shall include the entire hood and exhaust system from the opening in the hood to the final air outlet including hood, fan housing, motors, all duct work, and rain caps; clean and/or replace filters, bird, and insect screens.
