End Amendment 1 ____ Contractor will apply and prepare topsoil, must be free of rock and debris, at a depth of 2 inches and then hydroseed 2.7 acres of land attached to the FSS Annex. Hydroseed 2.7 acres of ground in the FSS Annex with Kentucky 31 fescue. Inspect the seeded area to ensure proper germination and growth as well as maintain and mow the seeded area as needed at a max height of 7 inches until the grass is fully established.
