See updated combo. End Amendment 1 This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), solicitation number FA462523Q1040 for DFAC Furniture at Whiteman AFB. This procurement is a set-aside for 100% Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 337214 with a size standard of 1,100. The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitations for the purchase and delivery of Whiteman AFB Dining Facility Furniture in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW).

Request For Information Dining Facility Hospitality Furniture 509 Force Support Squadron (509 FSS) Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri This is for informational purposes only and will not result in award. 509 FSS is conducting market research and seeking information on the refurnishing of a Whiteman AFB Dining Facility (DFAC). Interested parties are asked to provide the following: Disposal Estimate: Cost estimate for the removal and disposal of the items listed on “Attachment A - Old Furniture List”. Furnishing Estimate: The furnishing estimate should include the following: Conceptual Design: A computer-generated layout rendering of new furnishings listed on “Attachment B - New Furniture List.” Cost Estimate: A price range for one, some, or all the following tiers of furniture options: Good (AKA, Low-Tier, Grade B, Economy) Better (AKA, Mid-Tier, Grade A, Balanced) Best (AKA, High-Tier, Grade S, Premium) Delivery Estimate: Number of days ARO (After Receipt of Order) for disposal, delivery, and installation to Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri. Target completion date August 2023. New Furnishings should: Have a layout that places new booths in the same location as the old booths. New lounge pieces in the smaller Northwest room, of the North Side area. Illustrations provided on “Attachment C Dining Facility Floor Plan." All other furniture placement can be placed to achieve best fit/feel so long as it seats 122 people and fits into the floor plan on “Attachment C Dining Facility Floor Plan." Colored match and be aesthetically pleasing with the finishings pictured on “Attachment D New Finishings of the Facility.” Be of durable materials that can be clean and sanitized. Create atmosphere and style similar to coffee shop and/or café. Examples provided in “Attachment E Aesthetic and Style Examples.” Include standard commercial warranty of merchantability (1-year warranty).
