This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), solicitation number FA462523Q0005 for Dorm Change of Occupancy Maintenance Whiteman AFB. This procurement is a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Eligible Under WOSB Program Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561210. For the purpose of this procurement the small business size standard is $47M. All quotes shall be valid for a period of 90 days. The Government intends to award one Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) from this solicitation. Evaluation for this acquisition will be best value based on price and qualifications as outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement dated 28 February 2023. Technical rating will be acceptable or unacceptable based on price and qualifications. Your quote should demonstrate your ability to meet the requirements as outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement. Quotes shall include the following: • A completed attached Bid schedule with associated prices (a company’s price list can be used in lieu of the attached Bid Schedule), • At least one reference with POC name and phone number.
