This amendment includes the site visit sign-in sheet and an example of the well test data required per the statement of work end Amendment 1 tsc _____ The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, and supplies necessary to accomplish well repair in accordance with the Statement of Work dated 13 October 2022. Site Visit Information. A site visit for this solicitation will be held on January 4, 2023, at 10:30 AM central time. All attendees will meet at Whiteman AFB Visitor’s center by 9:30 AM central time. Attendance will be limited to two persons per quoter. Only one site visit will be offered/provided. Interested quoters are highly encouraged to attend the site visit. Quoters are able to provide a proposal without site visit attendance. Site visit RSVP shall be sent to 509CONS.PKA.Services@us.af.mil (Attn: SSgt Sherea Harding and Lynn Duchene), no later than January 3, 2023, at 3:00 PM central time. Provide name, phone number, email addresses and company name for all attendees. A valid Government issued ID will be required for entry. RSVPs will not be accepted after 3 January 2023, at 3:00 PM central time. Persons without an RSVP will not be allowed to attend the site visit.
