Updated the Statement of Work and Combo to reflect brand name or equal, updates are indicated by bold red ink. c. Promote further competition for this requirement to extend solicitations to brand name or equal items in line with the Performance of Work provided in the initial solicitation by removing the single source justification and adapting the salient characteristics to brand name or equal as an interested vendor claimed to have a similar product that would satisfy the Governments need.
