This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07, Defense Acquisition Circular 10 Aug 2022, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2022-0701 1 July 2022. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ), solicitation number FA462522Q1099. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334515, Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electrical Signals. The small business size standard is 750 employees. Paper copies of the RFQ will not be made available. Proposals shall be e-mailed to the following e-mail address: 509CONSLGCB@us.af.mil (Attn: SSgt Annabella Riggle). NOTE: proposals must be received by 19 Sep 2022, 1:00 PM Central Time; late proposals will not be considered for award. Offerors must be registered and have an active status in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) in order to be eligible for award. Responsible sources may submit a proposal, which, if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Proposals shall be valid for 30 days from RFQ close date. The subject requirement is to provide Spectrum Management Equipment for Whiteman AFB in accordance with (IAW) the Salient Characteristics dated September 1, 2022 (Attachment 2). Evaluation for this acquisition will be based on best value considering price and technical capabilities.
