Provide recruitment, organization, training, and equipping of volunteers in order to lead a high quality weekly Protestant Contemporary Worship Service. Provides 112 units of service during contract period, as well as for each Option Year. Each “unit” is categorized as (a) weekly service, (b) weekly rehearsal, (c) special service (i.e. Christmas, Good Friday, etc.), and (d) special service rehearsal.
