This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number FA462521Q1059 for Utility Locating Services at Whiteman AFB. This procurement is a 100% small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561990. For the purpose of this procurement the small business size standard is $11M. All quotes shall be valid for a period of 90 days. The Government intends to award one or more Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) from this solicitation. Evaluation for this acquisition will be best value based on price and technical. Technical rating will be acceptable or unacceptable based on at least two (2) references provided for the same or similar work.
