This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), solicitation number FA462521Q1050. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06 dated 12 Jul 2021, Defense Acquisition Circular 9 July 2021, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2032-0726 dated 26 July 2021. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. The small business size standard is $8.0M. The services required in the contract are to provide and service hoist maintenance, repair, and inspections for Whiteman AFB in accordance with (IAW) PWS dated August 10, 2021 (Attachment 1).
