This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), solicitation number FA462521Q1045. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05, Defense Acquisition Circular 10 March 2021, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2019-1001 1 October 2019. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 562991, Septic Tank and Related Services. The small business size standard is $8.0M. Paper copies of the Request for Quotes will not be made available. The services required in the contract are to provide and service portable toilets for Whiteman AFB in accordance with (IAW) PWS dated 17 May 2021 (Attachment 1).
