Contractor’s must ensure that they have filled out “Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment” (Oct 2020) in paragraph (d) Representation, of the provision at 52.204-24. Pursuant to FAR 12.602 contract award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13.106. Vendor’s submissions will be evaluated based upon the following: (1) Technical: To be eligible for award, the submitted quote must be rated as technically acceptable.
