Amendment 1: Add Questions and Answers This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number FA462521Q1018 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ. The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05; Effective 10 March 2021. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, with a Small Business Size Standard of $8,000,000.00. This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside and will be solicited through beta.SAM.gov as a Firm Fixed Price contract. The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitations is for the maintenance and possible purchase of supplies in support of the maintenance for 18 400Hz Frequency Converters, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1).
