The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238330 Flooring Contractors and the Small Business Size Standard is $16.5 million. The work consists of providing all supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, transportation, materials/supplies, off base storage and disposal as required to perform removal and replacement of carpet and floor tile at Whiteman Air Force Base (AFB), Missouri. Carpet will be acquired through one of the four existing USAF Carpet Tier I contracts already in place. This will be a firm fixed price contract; Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This contract will consist of a base period of 12 months, with four 12-month option years.
