Work consists of providing all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, equipment, and all else necessary to execute the Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) on Whiteman Air Force Base (AFB), Missouri. Projects consist of multi-disciplined construction projects involving design, repair, renovation, alteration, or new construction of real property, or singular design projects on Whiteman AFB. This will be a Multiple Award Task Order Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Whiteman has a target award of three (3) awardees who will compete for task orders, which will be issued against the contract on a firm fixed price basis. The contract will consist of a base ordering period of 5 years, with two 2-year option years for a total of 9 years. The contract magnitude is between $100 Million and $250 Million.
