AMENDMENT 02: This requirement will now allow the usage of Oat Based Pellets in lieu of Wheat Based Pellets. Both types of pellets are acceptable for use in the performance of this contract in any areas of the requirement where Wheat Pellets are referenced. Provision 52.204-24 has been updated with the August 2020 version. Clause 52.204-25 was also updated to the August 2020 version. Vendors must include the attached Amendment Acknowledgement worksheet, filled out and signed, with their offer submission. Amendment 01 was only a quote submission date extension. Provide treatment of voles to eliminate or reduce the population on Whiteman AFB, Mo to include all necessary applications required for pre-baiting with wheat and the actual application using 2% zinc phosphide treated wheat. The contractor will provide all pre-bait untreated wheat, zinc phosphide treated wheat, materials, equipment, tools, supplies, transportation, licenses and labor necessary to perform and complete the tasks listed in this statement of work.
