This requirement is a 100% Small Business 8(a) Competitive Set-Aside Procurement, limited to 8(a) firms located within the geographical area serviced by the Kansas City District Office, and other 8(a) construction firms with a bonafide place of business within the geographical competitive area. All qualified 8(a) firms within the geographical area serviced by the Kansas City District Office, and other 8(a) construction firms with a bonafide place of business within the geographical competitive area, are eligible to participate. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the Small Business Size Standard is $35.5M. Work consists of providing all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, equipment and all else necessary to execute the Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements (SABER) on Whiteman Air Force Base Missouri. Projects consist of multi-discipline construction projects involving repair, alteration or new construction of real property at Whiteman AFB. This will be a firm fixed price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This contract will consist of a base period of 12 months, with four 12-month option years. The contract magnitude is between $25 Million and $100 Million.
