The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation and other items necessary to provide laundry and dry cleaning services for Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri, as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Questions must be submitted no later than 13 Aug 2021. Service is intended to start on 1 Oct 2021. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY Whiteman AFB is in search of potential internet providers for the unaccompanied airmen's dorm buildings on base. We are primarily searching for a coax or wireless provider, but we are also open to new and innovative options. The following information establishes what is needed in greater detail: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, transportation, vehicles, and equipment necessary to provide unlimited Internet service with a minimum of 200Mg/10mg per second download/upload speed Internet service in the first floor dayroom, first floor pool room, and second floor common room of buildings 1551 (Enterprise Hall), 1552 (Atlantis Hall), 1556 (Columbia Hall), 1559 (Endeavour Hall), 1560 (Challenger Hall), and 1561 (Discovery Hall) located at Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri. Static IP addresses will not be needed. A wireless access point will be needed in each dorm building. Each dorm building is equipped with coax in each of the resident's rooms. The resident's rooms will need to be connected so they can set up their own service accounts. The Contractor shall use all Government-owned wiring, connectors, routers, etc., currently installed in the facilities. The Contractor shall provide and maintain all modems and other equipment necessary beyond the current Government-furnished equipment. All work by the Contractor shall be performed Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The contractor must follow all local,, state, and federal environmental regulations and laws.
