This is a total small business set-aside Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) for up to seven firms, with three additional firms identified as potential on-ramp vendors, to be performed at McConnell AFB, Kansas. It is a firm-fixed-price ID/IQ contract with individual task orders ranging from $2,000 to $10,000,000 and a total contract ceiling of $99,000,000 or a six-year term, whichever comes first. Each award includes a 24-month base period plus two 24-month option periods at the Government’s discretion.
