The contract requires the contractor to perform all maintenance per the Component Maintenance Manual to return KC-46 Smoke Barriers to serviceable condition, with any deviations requiring approval through the 107 process. McConnell will provide all required FAA-compliant materials, transport the barriers to and from the repair facility, and verify repairs on site via its Quality Assurance representative. The contractor must be a certified FAA Part 145 Repair Station. Funds are not currently available, and the government’s obligation is contingent upon future appropriation of funds.
