The contractor shall etch 7,768 tools, distributed across eight (8) Snap-On toolboxes, approximately 971 tools per toolbox. Each toolbox will have a unique identification code comprised of numbers and letters assigned by 22 LRS Vehicle Maintenance. The contractor is responsible for etching every tool within a given toolbox with its unique identifier IAW the attached Performance Work Statement. The 22nd Contracting Squadron is searching for qualified vendors who can provide the following: Etching of Tools including Chrome Tools IAW attached PWS. As part of its market research, 22 CONS/PKA is issuing this Sources Sought to determine if an adequate number of qualified interested contractors exist that are capable of providing the requirement. The Government may use the responses to this Sources Sought for information and planning purposes. This Sources Sought is only for the purpose of identifying potential sources as part of 22 CONS/PKA market research. No Solicitation exists; therefore, do not request a copy. Responses to this Sources Sought are not quotes on which the 22 CONS/PKA can issue any contract.
