In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Hurst Rescue Tools (339999 – 550 Employees Small Business Size Standard) prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This acquisition is set aside 100% for HUBZone Small Businesses. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, with quotes being requested, as a written solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation number is FA462124Q0062 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-06. The following provisions and clauses, including all addenda, are applicable to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Products and Commercial Services Offers will be evaluated in pairs, starting with the two lowest-priced offers received. This process will continue until two offers have been deemed technically acceptable. The offer with the lowest price among the technically acceptable ones will be selected for award.
