The primary purpose of this solicitation is to obtain a Tax Coordinator for the McConnell Air Force Base (AFB) Tax Center for the preparation and electronic filing of Federal and State tax returns, including amended returns. This activity shall be performed under the auspices of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program and the McConnell AFB legal office. Contractors must submit pages 1- 2 of attached combo as part of their Request for Quote (RFQ) submission. This form must include information that meets the minimum requirements outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Failure to submit quotes that comply with the PWS and the combination form will result in disqualification from the award consideration process.
