Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for amendments to this synopsis and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package and drawings. The estimated solicitation date is 21 July 2023, estimated bid due date is 18 August 2023 at 10:00am CST, and the estimated period of performance is 90 days after contract award. The solicitation will be an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for a firm-fixed price contract. The solicitation will state the basis for award and exact terms for the award decision. The Government intends to execute a 100% Small Business set-aside based on market research indicating the expectation of two or more offers from small business concerns.
