CT 1 October 2021 and amends attachment 5 to the solicitation. 24 September 2021 Update: Uploaded the final questions and answers document for reference. Amendment 0001: the solicitation close date is hereby extended to 4:30 p.m. on 29 September 2021 to allow the Government time to address all questions received in response to the solicitaiton. The Government anticipates posting final answers to questions by close of business 24 September 2021. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed at McConnell AFB, KS in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. The contractor shall accomplish all cleaning tasks and be required to provide and replenish soap and paper products in all restrooms identified in Appendices A and B, in order to meet the requirements of this PWS and the Service Summary (SS). Appendix A, Air Force Custodial Common Levels of Service Standards establishes required cleaning frequencies, Appendix B, Estimated Square Footages and Cleaning Level provides facility cleaning levels and estimated square footages. Appendix C, Floor Plans and Maps, establishes facility drawings of areas to be cleaned. The contractor shall perform all work in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, Headquarters Air Force standards, instructions, and commercial practices. SOLICITATION FA462121R0005 AND ALL ASSOCIATED ATTACHMENTS HAVE BEEN ATTACHED TO THIS NOTICE. As part of its market research, 22 CONS/PKA is issuing this Sources Sought to determine if there exist an adequate number of qualified interested contractors capable of providing the requirement. The Government may use the responses to this Sources Sought for information and planning purposes. This Sources Sought is only for the purpose of identifying potential sources as part of 22 CONS/PKA market research. No Request For Quote (RFQ) exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the RFQ. Responses to this Sources Sought are not quotes on which the 22 CONS/PKA can issue any contract.
